College Management System:

This is a small application which is useful to maintain the college database like student and staff information.

1. Install: Here you should install the application to create all the tables in database. at the same time application will create the user credentials.

2. Log In: Here you can log in to the system using credentials.

3. Home:

 3.1 File:

  3.1.1 Change Password: Here user can change their password using security questions given in instalation time.

 3.2 Entry:

  3.2.1 Students:

   3.2.1.1 Add B.Tech Student: Here you can add new joiners in B.Tech course with full details of student.

   3.2.1.2 Add MCA Student: Here you can add new joiners in MCA course with full details of student.

   3.2.1.3 Add MBA Student: Here you can add new joiners in MBA course with full details of student.

  3.2.2 Staff:  

   3.2.2.1 Add Teaching Staff: Here you can add new joiners in teaching staff with full details of employee.

   3.2.2.2 Add Non-Teaching Staff: Here you can add new joiners in non teaching staff with full details of employee.

  3.3 Show:

   3.3.1 Students:

    3.3.1.1 Show B.Tech Student: You can retrieve any B.Tech student information by using student ID. You can also edit the student information.

    3.3.1.2 Show MCA Student: You can retrieve any MCA student information by using student ID. You can also edit the student information.

    3.3.1.3 Show MBA Student: You can retrieve any MBA student information by using student ID. You can also edit the student information.

   3.3.2 Staff:

    3.3.2.1 Show Teaching Staff: You can retrieve any Teaching Staff  information by using Employee ID. You can also edit the Employee information.

    3.3.2.2 Show Non Teaching Staff: You can retrieve any Non Teaching Staff information by using Employee ID. You can also edit the Employee information.
