Billing System for Retail Shops:

This is a small applications which is useful for retails shop to maintain the goods in data in data base.

Modules:

1. Install: Initially you have to install the application for this you need to run install program and then fill all the required fields. This will create all the required tables in database. Also user credentials in database. This should be run only once per a machine. No need to run all the time.

2. Log in: After installation you need to run the log in program to log in to program. Here you have to use the credentials which is given at the time of installation.

3. Home Page: Here you have a menu bar which contains all the remaining module links 

 3.1 Stock: This menu contains all the links to the other sub modules related to stock in retail shop.

  3.1.1 Add Item: Here you can add all types of articles present in retail shop with the article count(stock), article price and tax for that item.

  3.1.2 Edit Item: Here you can edit the added item if you want to modify the price, tax, name and stock fields. You can get the item details based on item ID.

  3.1.3 Add Employee: Here you can add employees details who are working in the retail shop.

  3.1.4 Edit Employee: Here you can Edit employees details who are working in the retail shop. You can the employee details based on employee ID 

 3.2 Bill: This menu Item contains links to the sub modules like, Generate bill, Cancel bill, Pay Bill.

  3.2.1 Generate Bill: Here you can generate bill. using the item ID's. Bill ID is automatically generated based on previous ID's. Here count filed is like the how many same items(if the customer take the 4 same items then the count is 4). You need to enter Item Id and count in all the time no need to enter remaining fields all the times.

  3.2.2 Cancel Bill: Here you can cancel any generated bills using the bill ID.

  3.2.3 Pay Bill: Here you can pay any generated bills using bill ID.

 3.3 Reports: Here you have all the links related to the reports sub modules.

  3.3.1 Day Wise Sale: You can view all the day wise sale report here. When you click on show button you will get all the sale in a table format

  3.3.2 Balance Stock: You can view all balance stock in your retail shop. All the balance stock display in a table format

  3.3.3 Day to Day Sale: You can view all the day to day sale(Between two dates sale). When you click on show button it will display all sale between two dates in a table format.

  3.3.4 Nil Stock: You can view all Nil Stock in your retail shop.

  3.3.5 Employee Attendance: You can view all employee attendance report here.

 3.4 Other:

  3.4.1 Employee Attendance Entry: Here you can enter all the employee attendance based on employee ID as day to day.

  3.4.2 Change Password: Here you can change user password. Here you should enter all the answers which are given at the time of project installation.

  3.4.3 User Permissions: In this application you can create more than one user at the same time you can give any no.of permissions to that user. Here ID is employee ID.
